Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Therefore, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement depending on your preference. Please provide pictures or videos of the unboxing video of damaged product and the packaging.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 1 days. We will either offer a refund or send the correct item at no extra charge.
